Top 5 | Songs To Workout To

January is such a funny month; everyone is on their best behaviour trying to keep those New Years Resolutions and diet plans. Personally I think if you're going to live a healthy lifestyle it should be all year round but if you're dabbling into the workout craze here are a few songs that keep me going through my workouts.

Dil and I have recently started taking pilates classes and I'll tell you, a workout sucks way more when the music isn't any good. An update on my fitness routine will be up on the blog soon and all in all I just want to wish everyone a happy new year and also just remind people that overdoing it isn't going to get you anywhere. Fitness and Body Health take time, so take it easy and always know you're improving even if your body isn't showing it just yet.

  1. Nice post, good luck with your fitness plan! You're right, people really should try and keep that motivation throughout the whole year rather than just a month, as they say.. Don't wish for it, work for it! x

  41. I've already given up putting "exercise more" as one of my resolutions haha. Thankfully I recently started swimming competitively again, so my lifestyle isn't completely sedentary :P The pool at my high school has underwater speakers! but I still could never hear the music between all the water splashing haha. My college doesn't have underwater speakers but whatever. We also have mandatory dryland practices, so we listen to pump-up music then :) Anyways, I also like to play these kinds of songs in the mornings to get myself amped up for the day! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's
