I was lucky enough to receive a few gift cards over the holidays and since I've had a few items on my wishlist for quite some time I'm hoping to add some new goodies to my collection. I thought I'd go ahead and post my little wishlist and see if any of you have tried out these products and can let me know if they're worth the purchase.
Some skincare picks that I've been dying to try out are the Origins Drink-Up Intensive Overnight Mask and also the new Glamglow Supercleanse Daily Treatment Cleanser. Glamglow and Origins are probably my two favourite skincare brands and their products haven't disappointed me yet so I'm hoping these two could help treat my skin and keep it clear and healthy. I've also been browsing about looking for new concealers and two I've been reading up on are the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer and the Tarte Creaseless Concealer.
A new item that just came out is the Becca Lowlight/Highlight Perfecting Palette which looks like a gorgeous cream contour palette. I've been wanting to try out a cream contour and this palette looks ideal for beginners. Another palette to ogle at is the Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadow Palette in Dolce Vita. I really don't know if I have the guts to splurge on such an expensive item but it is probably one of the prettiest palettes I've seen all year.
Nars lipsticks are pretty pricey too, but they have some of the most pigmented shades and the packaging is just so sleek and compact. I own the Dolce Vita Lip Pencil but have been wanting to pick up the shade in the lipstick formula, so a Nars Audacious Lipstick is definitely on the list. One item that has honestly been on my wishlist for over a year now is the Benefit Gimme Brow Gel, for some reason whenever I go to check out I always second guess myself with this product. Is it really worth the hype?
Lastly two little polish bits and bops I want to try out are both by Essie - no surprise there. Essie's Fishnet Stocking is a dark rich red shade that would be perfect for those lovey dovey months coming up and Sittin Pretty appears to be a vibrant purple shade which would really pare nice with the upcoming spring.
Have any of you tried out these products? What's on your wishlist for the New Year?
