Origins is one of those brands that I feel like everyone was constantly raving about when I first started blogging. They make really incredible skin care products that aren't on the inexpensive side but can be truly great investments in the long run. Speaking of thinking about the future, I bought into the craze and picked myself up an eye cream; to be specific the Origins Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream.
Eyecreams are usually only products I hear my mother moan over most days but I figured I have puffy eyes and dark circles so I should probably work to get rid of those sooner rather than later. Origin's Ginzing Eyecream is a super hydrating cream that actually appears to have little tiny shimmer components that truly create a brightened effect under the eyes. Does this eye cream get rid of dark circles however? No, but paired with an awesome concealer you have a combination to looking fresh, awake, and not coffee deprived. Under eye concealer can sometimes leave the area applied looking cakey and by mixing an eye cream with your concealer it creates a more natural look. The texture of this cream isn't too heavy and really easy to blend and creates a slight cooling sensation when applied to those puffy under eyes. The smell is lovely just like Origin's other products in the Ginzing line and as for the longterm benefits of using an under eye cream at 19... well we'll just have to cross our fingers and hope for the best.
If you're looking for a lovely smelling, brightening under eye cream to help fight off those dark circles I would recommend picking up this bad boy.
Great review, I've been looking for a decent eye cream for a while now!

I have to say that I've never really felt the need for an eye cream until recently, I think I've started using a more abrasive facial scrub and it's taking it's toll on my eye area. This one looks absolutely gorgeous, great review. Origins are such an incredible brand and think this is something that bloggers are always going to raving about. Your blog is looking absolutely gorgeous! This is the first time I've checked back recently and everything is looking so great. Congratulations! I'll definitely be making a more frequent visit xx

Personally, I like the eye doctor better, it's a little thicker and is a better depuffer in my opinion.

I've been using an eye cream since I was 17, and my favourite one has got to be Boots Vit E - so cheap, and it really works - I had a nose operation last year, and this reduced my puffy bruised eyes amazingly. It's light, moisturising and has a lovely brightening effect. I really want to try the Origins one, but at 20 I still don't feel the need to shell out that amount! x
