I always find it so funny when people think eating healthy includes restricting yourself from anything tasty. I think eating better food usually tastes ten times better as well and it doesn't come with the gross feeling that greasy, fattening food often adds on. A super tasty desert bowl that my best friend and I whipped up this past weekend was probably the most filling, scrumptious snack I've had in a while.
All we did was break up a dark chocolate bar, we picked up an Espresso flavour and broke it up into little squares. Ontop of that we cut up one medium sized banana and sprinkled some raw almonds and pecans on top. It was the perfect crunchy, gooey, chocolatey treat with a balance of all the flavours without overdoing it. If you're craving chocolate which I often admit to do, this treat is a perfect little throw together that'll quench that craving and fill you up!
